59 is an interesting one. You've either got the wrong title or the wrong number
I fully get what you’re saying now with the reveal of number 39!

Here's some clues to help you all along. Open season, 3 more each allowed.

    2. Quién es esa niña? (.........) Señorita, más fina (..........) (Exactly what I said when I first saw her on that Venetian gondola)
    3. Baby, I know you're askin' me to stay Say "Please, please, please don't go away" (Is it what we have in PW and TS?)
    16. I see Dallas, Dynasty, Terrahawks, He-Man, Tom and Jerry, Dukes of Hazzard (Mark, Luke and John calling out to the missing one?)
    18. She stood several blasts She had twenty-seven masts ("and it's no, nay, never". Sorry, my mistake, wrong song)
    26. If I could turn the page In time, then I'd rearrange just a day or two (It's a Rumour that someone's telling porkies)
    30. With a love that I can't hide Oh, I've got one thing on my mind, yeah (These girl's thought Mondays were manic)
    31. And now my bags are packed Don't even think of holding me back (Not quite a Starship classic from this well know pair)
    35. Nighttime sharpens, heightens each sensation Darkness stirs and wakes imagination (Think The West End or Broadway)
    36. Now I want all you gappers, and finger snappers you toe tappers and you love rappers (Why is everybody sat down on the dance floor in a line?)
    40. But your teacher preaches class like you're some kind of jerk (Did this lot steal that badge off your Golf?)
    41. The colours change rearrange my life Can't explain so afraid tonight (Cockerels and Owls don't half make a horrible noise)
    45. There is nothing boy that can stop my Course I will hold you tight never let you go (Another hit from those that told us we can never say goodbye)
    48. Why the gods above me who must be in the know (This band describes how most Millers prefer their home shirts)
    50. There's no fight, you can't fight this battle of love with me (It's what Sheffield Wednesday fans were singing on Sunday, February 13th)
    53. I wanna fly double with Earhart I wanna get next to you Ooh, next to you (Sitting down for a meal with a man whilst listening to his hit Summertime)
    55. No silver lining to be seen In this thundercloud No, that's not allowed (In this we'd be champions of Europe and not what they described in No 15)
    58. He ain't got money People think it's funny (It's what we'd all have liked to be years ago but more likely a Sugar Daddy these days)

    35. The Music Of the Night - Michael Crawford (Phantom of the Opera - Andrew Lloyd Webber)
    48. Every Time We Say Goodbye - based on the clue, I'm fairly sure it's Simply Red. (The original is Ella Fitzgerald - according to Mrs CT - and that doesn't really fit!)
    2. (Based on the earlier clue and this one plus my rudimentary Italian) Who's That Girl - Madonna
