Thats why I hate fitba up here - b@stards.

    Positives first.

Attitude, commitment, physicality all first class. They were up for it today no doubt.

We moved the ball nicely in spells. Got forward well and created plenty.

We were the better team and deserved the win.

Duk excellent when he came on. Great finish too. He’s improved every week and has to be pushing for a start soon.

    BUT

Our final ball / cross into the box is fuuckin abysmal. I lost count of the times we worked ourselves into great positions only to throw it away with a simply dreadful final ball.

Coulson and Richardson got forward well and worked numerous good positions, but didn’t deliver one decent final ball. Some of them were totally abysmal in fact. Yer supposed to be fuuckin pros lads, get a decent ball into the box ffs.

I like Coulson, really skillful, good engine, great feet. Seems to be made of blacmange though sadly.

Vinny not good again. There was one time in particular when we broke and were three on one, but instead of playing in an early ball where we’d have been one on one wi the keeper, the greedy fuucker went himself. Not good enough son.

Miovski very quiet but as per above the service into the box was crap.

We were in severe danger from balls lobbed into the box all day, so no surprise we finally buckled. We just don’t handle that well at all. We’re not big at the back and it showed. The keeper is fuuckin honkin at dealing with balls into the box too - Im getting clangers flashbacks which is not good for my health - it’s not a good mix.

Teams are gonna target that every week so it needs sorted James. Shows why we needed another CH min.

Frustrating as fuuck. Especially with other results.

We’d have lost that last year though so small steps and all that…
Can’t disagree with any of that moog, there’s been some bad points this season so far but the pant pishers will never admit there has been a lot of improvements from last season as well.It was never going be perfect this season but there are a lot of positives to take so far.

A lot of abuse seems to be given towards Roos Richardson and Stewart in particular and although I kind of agree with it I still don’t understand why Ramadami gets off so lightly because he has looked equally as bad as those 3 guys,I’m still trying to figure out what he is supposed to be bringing to the team?

At the moment he is in the Ojo,Mark Kerr,Gary McDonald category.Hope he proves me wrong.

Chin up fellow posters…..it might not have been the result we wanted but we have moved up a spot in the league and when we beat the Huns next weekend we will be above them also. We admittedly will need to be a heck of a lot better with our final pass into our attacking players.

I am still far from convinced Goodwin is of any use….he has a lot of stubborn traits that done McInnes in. The captain of the team is far from convincing also….but the reality is we are currently 3rd and could quite easily be 2nd after next weekend. Duk is one I gave stick a few weeks back but the lad is showing a lot more potential now and deserves a start. I do agree with Jupiter though…we are not getting enough winning results against 11 players. That needs addressed.

Took me until 11 pm last night to discover we didn't hold on for the win, so was gutted to hear they equalised in the 95th minute.

3rd in the league after 6 games is better than where I thought we would be, so not going to be too critical.

My only concern is that Kennedy features in the managers plans when most of the other pre Goodwin players are either off, sulking or sitting on the bench. McRorie and Hayes rightly feature and surprised Watkins hasn't had a chance as I think he is a decent player who could add something in the final third, but when it comes to Kennedy I would prefer to see Duncan come on and get game time ahead of Kennedy, who I think would have been better moved on.

Huns on Saturday, who are going to be wanting to put on a show after they were humped yesterday and we know they always raise their game against us. Will be a good test for us as a team and could put some points in the goodwill bank for JG if we could get the three points off them.

Whilst I wouldn't say utter class, I do like the boy. Does a lot of running and chasing and keeps it simple, never gives up or hides either when having a sh*t game like he did against Motherwell, when nearly every pass he made went to an opposition player. For me he is the sort of player that never gets much praise in a team and you only miss him when he isn't playing. I think his only issue he has is the pace of the game in Scotland, which many a player has stuggled with over the years.

Once again I find myself agreeing with the_moog's summation of the afternoons goings ons.
