Obviously a massive need at the moment.
Even in the short-term, imagine we do end up in the play-offs, imagine if Maca had a injury and couldn't play in them, imagine if we were 1-0 down in the last 20mins and we had zero fit strikers in the squad?
Agree with this. There is also the possibility that Scott might not recover from his injury for a while. (Although Morias himself is injured as well).
Still need a defender though. Imagine if Rawlo and Baldwin were injured and there was no-one on the bench to bring on for that last 20 minutes when we are 1-0 up in the play-off final against Chesterfield and they are throwing everything at us.
Being a bit cynical, (what me?) I wonder if the video we have seen of Morias has been circulated by his agent?

I would expect him to score considerably more than his record would suggest given the chances our team and tactics create... Don't know if that'll put him in Macca territory but he'll be a genuine scorer I would think.

I've got a lot of trust in "the radar" at this point. Not right 100% of the time but it's right a lot more often than the traditional "scouts/manager's gut feel" approach.

Radar Recruitment - Hits vs Misses,. If this was in the squared circle it would be an early K.O., or at very least a R.S.F in the 6th or 7th.

The clear success of our recruitment has been hugely beneficial to Notts obviously, but a detriment to NCM. It's usually a goldmine of a subject for NCM to get their teeth into and moan about, and rightly so. Not anymore

Have all the signings been radar ones since Chris and Alex took the helm, I am thinking Joel Taylor off the top of my head.

Inih Effiong and 1 or 2 goalkeepers (although that is a difficult one because they don't have the exposure)

Wasn’t Effiong signed in Div 2 before the Brothers took the helm ?
Think the dodgy keepers were also in Hardy’s tenure can’t remember any reason not that played in league games ?

Inih Effiong signed on loan Jan 2021. GK Luke Pilling , Brad Young , Archie Mair never really made it. Was Jake Kean just a coach? Patterson was a success though although I understand he came in via "contacts".

Radar recruitment has on the whole been fantastic.

There have been some baddies though. Remember that lad we signed as a LB/LWB in the first season in the NL? Totally forgot his name but he played in the playoff final and got torn apart. Many often blame Ardley for playing Turner instead of Rawlo, but playing that young lad from Wigan (?) was his biggest mistake.

It's been way, way better than what went before.

Although pulling random names out of a hat would have been better than what went before.

Joel Bagan. He was good for us other than that one game where no one other than Roberts turned up to be fair. Now a semi-regular with Cardiff in the Championship.
