And I gotta say, this season's been absolutely phenomenal. This is definitely the first time I would say we really don't belong in this league, and neither to Wrexham. The numbers are absolutely unequivocal on that.

    Monday night?

Fair enough pal…. Amazing to get 100 points. Unbelievable that Notts and Wrexham have done it and both aren’t guaranteed promotion.

Just noticed we've now broken our record for most league points in a season...

Well well well. Did not see that coming today ( the result at the Shay rather than our game). By all accounts they were total gash today which we certainly weren’t in our 2 defeats. I can’t remember a bigger Notts league game than the one on Monday, happy for someone older than me to tell me when it was. COYP.

Playoff games under Warnock, I would say as an old git. But in some, if not many ways they do not beat this for me. The one against Boro is the one that sticks in mind.

I remember going to Ayresome Park for the 1-1 draw. We had to drive through some very angry Boro fans then we realised we were going the wrong way so had to turn round and drive through them again Both games were very nervy but awesome days.

Sorry, I should have said other than the playoffs, although that Boro one was tense. Normal league season it’s the biggest for many a year.

Been rereading Mumford's Mindful Athlete. Feel sure LW will have us well focused on the performance on Monday.

Heart and head say we've got this.

I'd say I hope the ref plays a blinder, but there's always one god who thinks funs are punny.

Was looking for the post where EP gave the updated title odds, must've been deleted...but looking at oddschecker, odds like Wrexham 2/7 and Notts 5/2 have to be way, way off the mark in what is a pretty much level two-outcome scenario right now...

Are the bookies making the same mistake as a lot of the Wrexham fans, who have allowed growing confidence to become a baked-in assumption? They're still clear favourites but it's a lot narrower than those odds surely?

If Wrexham players have the same hubris as some of the fans, they're in trouble...
Watching the blogs and the pods, Notts fans are humble and modest, they, on the other hand, are too cocksure.
Was watching NCTalk and their fan with his 'you've overachieved' and overall assumption that they've got it, is typical of what you pick up. It must be the Hollywood (=Munto) entitlement (that got us too ) plus all the late winners that have baked in this over-confident assumption that it's their fate.

Probably is, but it's sweet that it's taken a major jolt for 72 hours at least
