I think we are starting to see the elephant in the room, we have gambled on three CBs that are injury prone I mean how has Morrison got injured again? Is it the players or is it other issues at the club, the number of injuries we get is a huge concern and it can not just be bad luck. I have said it before the executive management need to bring in some independent experts to carry out a full review of the training, facilities and supplementary services and identify the root cause. Years ago Arsenal did a similar thing when they had a series of injuries, there is a problem at the club and it needs dealing with, otherwise we will end up with vastly reduced squad for too many games.

Too much is weighed on formations. Even at our level it matters very little.

What does matter is mentality and thta comes from the manager.

He'll be gone by Xmas and Tony will say we've backed him more than any other manager, and how we've backed him we can't afford to drop from this league.

Jan I said MT is the wrong man for this club. 4 points from 6 games is 30 points for the season. That's even worse than his record last season and they weren't his players.

We've got some very expensive flops we can't do anything about but see their contract out. Hughill, Eaves and how much are our crocked past it Centre backs on?

When every penny counts in what we're competing with in this division expensive mistakes cannot happen.

Sadly we've seen last season how far RUFC can ever go and thats top 10 after 10 games in the Champ and managers / players will use that and walk.

Anyone really thinks we'll ever be a, sustainable Champ club are secret flat earthers

Safe to say the 3 centre backs not playing today is the reason we lost.

We had our first choice pairing out there for the entire game.

An entirely separate discussion, not relevant whatsoever to post match thoughts. No bearing on today in the slightest. But shoehorn away.

Took my 10 year old grandson to his first ever away game and we play like that. The lack of movement when we had the ball was criminal, but I thought Huddersfield were excellent and from going in front there was only ever going to be one winner. Their 2 wingers tore us another one, their team were everything we weren't, their passing was quick and incisive and their wingers were a constant threat whereas once we were in possession we slowed it down, even though we were chasing the game. Ironically, for all his criticism on here, I thought Bramall looked our most threatening player and was constantly getting on the overlap, but we'd give him the ball and leave him to it with no help, so they doubled up on him to stop his progress. All in all a bad day at the office, but it's how we react to it that counts but how we can play so differently away from home I really dont know, and that is worrying. UTM

We need someone that can score direct from a corner, Ronners. I once saw a bloke do that, and I remember it to this day.

MT he's going have to write Peltier Hall Morrison off get Douglas in front of them can't just go with 2 fit centre backs. Like I said Peltier isn't a centre back but too slow now playing as a right sided defender. Wasn't there yesterday but on what's been said from who were problem with Bramall is he's not a defender he might be able get forward but he can't cross a ball. Seb at left back, Green wide left.

Not sure what the injured defenders have got to do with yesterday.
Cafu apart we had more than enough quality to beat a very average team yesterday.
It’s going forward we were poor.
MT has to take responsibility for the speed and impetus yesterday.
A few more poor results and performances and he could find himself in trouble.
Going away from home knowing we aren’t likely to get anything is soul destroying and as fans we deserve at least intent to win the game.

There are some genuine posters on TwitteX that believe MT,s time is up
Think they need some serious medical assistance and 24 x7 Samaritan,s surveillance
