I'm absolutely convinced Ray Trew sacked Craig Short so early on in 2010 because there was a section of people on here who wanted it and Trew was spending an awful lot of time on here then.

Quite possibly. The current owners will be numb to it, they will know exactly how LW is performing in regards to the budget/players he’s been given against what other clubs have, his performance will mainly be reviewed by data.
The fact we’re even discussing it for me is ridiculous, he shouldn’t be beyond criticism but the improvement we saw last season is enough to tell me this guy knows what he’s doing on the whole but not every decision / game he will get right, that’s football.

said at the start of the season that I would midtable and consolidation in this league. We will games and lose some but that is part of the learning curve in so far as upgrading the players is concerned.

Fair point but all I was trying to do was try to give the players as much of an advantage as possible and one performance where we were beaten by the bigger,stronger better side on the day imo shouldn’t see the fans desert them after what they have given us over the last season and a third.
It does seem very fickle to me especially where we have been for the last 4 years and worries me that another few defeats and there will be chants of Williams out …because it doesn’t look like the achievements of last season and so far this season has bought any credit
When Hardy was constantly changing managers in 2019 was part of it because of what the fans were saying,the same fans that are saying he was an idiot to keep sacking managers - of course this is just my imo and everyone else can have different opinions and of course they might be right 😜

You might get the odd one or two here and there but so what? People talking complete and utter bollox and posting ridiculous things on social media is commonplace whatever the club. See it for what it is rather than getting upset about it.

Something I don't understand either, why some fans get so upset over other fans criticism. It's social media, it's a message board FGS...........Peeps have a wide variety of opinions, so what?

Often wondered how people arrive at the conclusion that you only know about football if you have had some sort of coaching qualification?

The same as a HGV driver knows more about driving a lorry or the qualified heating engineer knows more about boilers or radiators 😜
But when it comes to football the whole country know more than the England manager who has the top qualifications in football coaching
