Think that was a red for Joelinton.

When you consider Schar's was classed as being worthy of a straight red, frankly I'm surprised he hasn't been done for violent disorder.
I thought he grabbed him over the shoulder. Bereton Diaz’s shoulder barge from behind on Schar was worse. (Then again, I thought their goal at the end wasn’t a hand ball - I thought it came off BDB’s shoulder!!!)

Fair play to their manager for shaking the ref's hand at the end when I'm sure he'd have rather throttled him.

If that had been us, we'd have been livid too although more about not sending Joelinton off.

The ball hit his arm, not his shoulder.

Quick question-is your bicep on your arm or on your shoulder?

    Argument over.

Has nobody noticed that their first goal was ar least a half yard offside?
They didn't even check it and he was clearly offside
I agree we weren't great, we played well for maybe 20 mins and could've won it.
Gordon was abysmal and looks miles off it. Head turned or just unfit?
New CB and RW needed asap but we aren't getting madueke after he scored a hat trick today.
As for Guehi i think we do get him but we are paying at least 15 m too much.

Nah, he was played on by Hall at left back. The camera angle made it look closer than it was but you could tell by the angle ofg the line of the 6yd box

    .
VAR confirmed he was 'onside'. No need to argue the magic eye made the decision despite blind Alan from Tynemouth could see that Tavernier was well off side.

Shocking performance. Where has the team who drilled Girona gone?

Aye, I think a draw was fair.

Gordon is a bit of a worry. I wouldn't blame him for being pissed off, tbh-his boyhood club were in discussions for him and, whilst it prpbably wasn't even in his head to leave, you wonder if the fact that we were prepared to let him go has made him think 'oh, right, it's like that, is it?'

If we're laying at least part of Tripps' form at the feet of his off-the-field concerns then it's reasonable to think the same about Gordon, no?

Kelly offered nothing, absolute dud of a performance.

The selection was all wrong. The performance across the team was flat. No intensity.

Attacking, we couldn't string passes together and at the final 3rd had ZERO CLUE WHAT TO DO.

Top 4 teams take all 3 points against teams like Bournemouth.

We didn't deserve a point but a point we'll take back up the road.

It always confuses me that Eddie Howe can't seem to beat Bournemouth. No clue why.

    haha I have my moments.

Was looking forward to this match all week. The week has been a stinker at work so wanted to see a decent performance. First 10-15 mins I was thinking ok, so far so good. Need a goal now.

By half time I didn't think the team could buy a goal.

Anyway a points a point. Get up the road and prepare for the Cup against Forest.
