I think this poll is pretty irrelevant now, even though the result in favour of a move was a landslide it was maybe inconclusive because of the limited number of voters. But to my amazement today has been a tipping point. I thought it would take weeks to get the majority to make the change but it seems to have happened in days. For the first time the new MAD is busier than the old, and new members are signing up in droves. Not one poster who has switched has posted a negative view of the new board, and approval is almost universal. I would urge people to keep the momentum going so we can finally bin this bag of shyte as our main forum.

I would respectfully suggest that anyone in favour of the new board starts any new topics on there rather than here, and let this place die a natural death. The new board takes a bit of getting used to at first but it's well worth the effort.

Don't be the last rat to desert the sinking ship, at least give it ago.

I tried three times to post a reply to the AJ thread and each time it told me l had to refresh and login. Done with this now, l will look at it but sod trying to post. All l can say to those that haven't opened an account on the new site is stop faffing and get it done! It knocks this place into the long grass.
