With every reference to this, you make yourself look more and more like the gullible fool that MAGA and it's leader depend upon.

Firstly, I wasn't "fooled" about anything as I didn't watch the edition of Panorama that featured the speech (edited it otherwise). Panorama typically command a viewing audience of 200-300k, so about the population of Southampton, hardly earth shattering numbers.

Secondly (and pertinent to your view of Trump threat of litigation), Panorama, as with all other terrestrial BBC programmes, is available only to the UK audience. Hardly likely to topple the man-baby even if everyone watched and agreed that he's well past his sell-by date.

Thirdly, the resignation of the two senior BBC executives shows that, unlike some places and organisations, they had the necessary integrity to recognise that while they were NOT personally responsible for the edits not the decision to air that edition of Panorama, the error was made in their watch. "The buck stops here", is a honourable and well respected stance, which some in the current US administration would do well to heed.

Fourthly, just how "vigilant" and/or "offended" are Trump and his acolytes when it's realised that it took an investigative journalist from the DAILY TELEGRAPH (UK newspaper) to "break the story" 12 MONTHS AFTER THE PANORAMA PROGRAMME WAS AIRED IN THE UK?

Just as an aside, I watched live screened coverage of the invasion of the building that hosts the highest offices of government if the USA by cohorts of the MAGA fraternity who were party to Trumps speech and his many and off repeated claims of being denied his "just deserts".

Those pictures weren't edited, no lies were told in their screening, only the truth relating to a Presidential candidate and those he sought to motivate in his desperate scramble for power. That he is now POTUS simply demonstrated the veracity of the old saying...

"You can fool all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can't fool all of the people all of the time".

The reckoning is coming, the recent election results show it and the mid-terms will go further. Enjoy the remaining Trump "dynasty", it's not for long.
