A VAR special in the Aberdeen match, honestly puts you off watching football.
Decent result for Scotland last night
Liked the line up, much better having the likes of Ferguson, Hickey and Dykes back for selection
Well done Steve Clarke
Anything but a win on Tues is no good though so hopefully saying the same on Tues night
I see Tony Docherty got off to a flier today 🤣
Had to laugh when The English Football Fuhrer was interviewed on Talk sport post match yesterday by their fawning England correspondent Faye Carruthers. She opened up with "Congratulations on the victory."
They had just managed a 2-0 win v FN Andorra who normally concede 5 goals per game away from home, add the 1-0 away win v the same opposition and the home hammering by Senegal 1-3 their first ever defeat to an African country and its clear to see its coming home next summer.
I'm amazed that the tactical genius Neil McCann was unable to lead the Fun to a league title. Instead he relegated them, but his prize is a pedestal at BBC Scotland.
It's a funny old game Saint.
A steady start for us
Greece game is massive next month
Hopefully no key injuries like we got going into the last euros
A potential banana skin avoided. No fans and a team that were clearly set up to avoid another pumping. 3pts and up the road!
The Greece game will be crucial, but with home advantage and the Greeks needing a win, then I would imagine we will see a more open game which will suit Scotland. Exactly the kind of game that you would want Bowie to be starting IMO.4 pts is a great start though!
Thought it was weird that the commentator was often eager to criticise Andy Robertson when it was obvious from early on that Max Johnson was out of his depth. They even tried to blame Andy for the misjudged passback situation which had it resulted in a goal would have been 90% Gunns fault.
Very difficult to be so focused and intense in Denmark to go over to Hungary and play in an empty stadium. But all credit to the players tonight.
