He replaced a left winger with left a left winger. Not really controversial and it was to keep the shape. We were relegated that season not because of those 10 mins but the prevailing hundreds and thousands before that.

Moniz wanted technical players, what he got was Branston specials. I'd love to see what Moniz could do with this squad

I thought it was a terrible decision . McCourt was just not the man to bring on. He also signed at least four players for the next season who were all duds. Only Gil Swerts was half decent and he was slow and gone within the season.

Is this the same Colin Murphy who in is first season led us to our highest placed finish in the last 28 years… I would take him in a heartbeat over some of the dross we’ve had during that time.

The timing of the Brooks loan is possibly significant - waiting for the new coach to give the go ahead?
New contract offers for some of our most important players to follow?
And listening to his interview with Tom Williams, Maynard he has good contacts higher up for loans coming in. As well as knowing the best players in non league who could possibly step up to L2
