Under previous regimes I think any manager/head coach departure announcement would have been pretty immediate, but the brothers are well known for being patient and thinking things through very carefully before making a decision, so I think the timeframe for such things under them is slightly longer, but obviously there has to be a cut-off point.

Why did the Saunders go? When they came S M he said the whole management team was on the same wavelength. What changed ? Was there a big fall out, why no replacements? Did we try to get replacements if not why? I heard one of the Saunders was involved in an incident with a female, she reported him. SM was told, sacked the culprit other brother left in support. It could be 💯 or got tweeked down the line.
