But not dysfunctional. My wife, she does things way above her pay grade. She's also great at organizing things so she does all the off duty, again, above her pay grade. What pisses me off ( she's far more diplomatic than me ) is all this talk about nurses from abroad. She is well aware what an important role they have but doesn't feel the indigenous nurses get the credit they deserve

You should know that it seems random but he dropped that in there on purpose so that someone would pick up on it, so he can then complain about political correctness gone mad and remind us again that he drives Pakistani kids to school and really wants Enzio to play well.
