So the schools are going back earlier than they thought last week because all the numbers are going the right way and there were folk on the news moaning that it was happening too fast! The FM literally can't win...

Can a person who is not who is not elected to the Scottish Parliament call for a vote of no confidence?

I so much want whatever seat he is sitting in to vote against him, then when his Westminster seat comes up again, vote him out!

He sits in Moray but will get a safe list seat in the Highlands so he will be an MP an MSP and a linesman.Three FN jobs for this chunt with millions soon to face the dole,FACT.
As far as i'm aware as leader of the Scottish Tories he can call for a vote of no confidence but obviously he cannot vote as he does not sit at Hollyrood.

To be fair GB the release of info tonight does give her plenty of questions to answer tomorrow. She has absolutely to be given a chance to give her evidence but it's seems to be leaning towards that Salmond pretty much gave accurate answers which contradicts sturgeon's view so far.

I wonder what inside information you have that makes you know that Salmond's answers are 'accurate'?

To be fair his accusations are pretty much backed up by witness statements and information provided by the legal advice documents released tonight.

To be fair his conduct was nothing short of disgraceful and its only because of his behaviour that she is up for a no confidence vote.I know what is going on in the SNP just now and it stinks.

His accusations are just that and I haven't seen any evidence to prove any of them.
