with the excessive ironhanded measures - systematic lies, inflated numbers and fearmongering exaggerations...something had to be done....imo.

The Coronavirus Act 2020 is Null and Void!

We are The People's Brexit, a group of Solicitors, legal researchers and campaigners. We have been extensively researching the current legal situation since the illegal 'lockdown' deprived us all of our Democracy, Human Rights and Freedoms.

We have now established that The Coronavirus Act 2020 is null and void. There are many reasons for this, the main one being that S1(1) of the Act defines 'coronavirus' as being 'covid-19' or it's other name 'SARS Cov-2'. However, by virtue of the fact that it is not legally, medically or scientifically recognised as a disease or virus it cannot be legislated against, and this makes the whole Act null and void.

The reason for this is that 'covid-19' has not been subjected to the 130 year established legal, medical and scientific procedure that recognises if it is actually a disease or virus or not, which is known as the Koch Postulates. This involves purifying and isolating the 'disease' or 'virus' and proving that it actually causes the illness that it is claimed that it does.

The Government has acted Ultra Vires and against the Rule of Law. Further, there are a multitude of procedural and legal errors made when the Government enacted this legislation. Including enforcing the Act on 23rd March with the 'lockdown' before it actually became law with Royal Assent on 25th March. In addition, the Act facilitates misreporting of deaths from various illnesses that it is claimed are also suffering with 'covid-19' as doctors are told to just use guesswork as to cause of death. This has been happening since the 10th March, long before the Act became law and allows the 'covid-19' statistics to increase rapidly. There is no doubt the figures are being manipulated and any excess mortality is due to the terrible inhumane suffering, fear and neglect caused by the 'lockdown' itself. With lifesaving treatment cancelled and people too terrified to seek urgent medical help.

We will be helping and showing the way to the rest of the world that they do not have to accept this either. The UK is supposed to be the 'Mother of Democracy' but we now find ourselves in an enforced Dictatorship based upon false evidence and fake and draconian policies that were not even effective in 1918 before modern medicine, let alone in the 21st Century.

as has recently been made so chillingly obvious.....part of the agenda in this New World of Logans Run...means that for certain people = it doesn't have a use.

The UK economy has seriously tanked, so Hancock’s Half Hour has now decided to do away with the “science” and get everybody off furlough and back to work.

Our renowned deputy chief medical officer, Jenny Harries now informs us through gritted teeth, “Work is good for you.”

The COVID-19 threat is still very real she explains, but once the workers have re-experienced the joys of stacking shelves at night, they would all see the error of their ways and enjoy taking the risk rather than taking the knee.

    Who makes this sh-it up?

It was announced yesterday that only 1 person in 1,700 now has the virus, but we're still in lockdown, being forced to wear muzzles on public transport.

So you can get on a train from London to Manchester, it can carry around 400 people, all fully muzzled up, the likelihood is that no one on that train will have the virus. You can get off in Manchester and get the next train back to London, muzzle still in place, no one on that train will have the virus, get off at Euston, get the next train back to Manchester, muzzle still in place, no one will have the virus, get off in Manchester, keep your muzzle on and get the next train back to Euston, no one on that train will have the virus either. Get off at Euston and take a fifth journey back up to Manchester, best keep that muzzle on because now you could be in trouble, ONE person on this train could possibly have the virus.

We truly live in a lunatic asylum.

sinkov-- do you like travelling up and down on the train or is it just between Manchester and Euston? Edinburgh is a far nicer place to visit than the smoke.

I had to choose a longer journey with more carriages to make the illustration easier Sub, if I had chosen a local train with say 100 muzzled passengers on, you'd have to make 17 journeys before you were likely to come across another passenger with the virus, and I hadn't got time to list 17 journeys.

Posted the above on the 23rd June, we're now coming gradually out of lockdown but we still have to wear muzzles on public transport. The sheer lunacy of this policy is illustrated by the Government's own advice on face coverings, in their guidance for the opening of pub, restaurants etc, also published on June 23rd.

    6.1 Face coverings states,

"The evidence suggests that wearing a face covering does not protect you, but it may protect others if you are infected but have not developed any symptoms."

"It is important to know that the evidence of the benefit of using a face covering to protect others is weak and the effect is likely to be small."

So wearing a muzzle on public transport will not protect you from contracting the virus, which means the 1,699 people who don't have the virus are wasting their time, the muzzle won't protect them should they come into contact with the one person in 1,700 who does have it. The only person who can derive any benefit from wearing one is the one in 1.700 who does have it, it may help prevent him giving it to someone else, but probably not, 'the evidence is weak and the effect likely to be small'. And that figure of 1 in 1,700 is now well out of date, the incidence of the virus is falling, it may be 1 in 2,000 now, 1 in 3,000, maybe more, I don't know, but nevertheless trains and buses criss cross the land with thousands of people dutifully wearing their face nappies. Could someone tell me why ?

I had to visit my GP a few weeks ago. I needed some anti-biotics to clear an infection up. The process was OK, the unmasked receptionist was really finicky about where I should stand to get the hand gel and where to sit waiting for the doctor.

Few minutes later this bloody space suited doctor appears seemingly ready to jump on Apollo 25. I followed him in, he passed me a face mask prescribed the prescription and off I popped to the in-house pharmacy.

I found ten unmasked pharmacists, eight or nine people waiting for prescriptions almost sat on each others knees and a couple of infants tear arsing around.

I got my prescription fairly quickly, went to the counter to collect it and asked why no social distancing or face masks and the young lass said, "the government have no idea what they are on about"! I chuckled and left.
