No, I've never really got the "Pitt not an option" blanket statement.
With the will, and finance, it could be done.
But where ever the new ground is, it has to be done right.

Well it's been done to death. You either accept the club's position re feasibility of developing Pittodrie. Max 14 k capacity on existing site . Far too expensive to buy surrounding land. Necessity of sale of land at Pittodrie to costs of new development or you don't.

If that’s truly the position, then it’s Milnes mismanagement that has got us here. Why should anyone think he’ll get the next one right? There’s two decades of bumbling mistakes to choose from, yet we should all jump aboard HIS plan for the next 100 years of AFC?

I don’t think we can trust the club on anything regarding the redevelopment of Pittodrie or the maintenance costs. They’re not exactly speaking from a neutral position

I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you. I worry that the club will end up crippled with debt to the detriment of the team for the foreseeable. I just don't think we have been left with any alternative.

You can blame that all on our Chairman.

If you truly believe this, you should be campaigning on the doorstep for change

Unfortunately Im heavily outnumbered by folk who think playing miles out of town in a bog standard ground & saddled with a huge debt is ‘moving forward’

The thing that really annoys, is there’s no way Milne could’ve sold this idea without his mouthpiece in the dugout.

This is fast becoming the most pointless thread I’ve ever read. “I’d rather watch aberdeen in the highland league”

    Oh ma heed!
