Austin very much reminds me of an Alan judge player
Looks promising for Notts now hopefully we can move forward and make a charge for top spot
As I’ve said before that should be Notts aim from day one
    No settling for playoffs
    Aim to top the tree

Is Austin going to play CM? If so, that’s hardly a physical improvement….unless we’re going to use palmer and Austin as two number 8’s and Bajrami as a sitting midfielder?

No idea how we’ll incorporate all of our attackers unless Mitchell and one of Roberts/Rodrigues are on their way.
Apparantley Austin has incredible work rate, which is an improvement in midfield already ahead Francis, Roberts or JOB

Totally agree and to do this, we have to out fight and out work teams and then the quality upfront will win us the tough away games.

I'm hoping this team can press the opposition better than last season, Wooton, Sam, Roberts couldn't do it from the front and the midfield never followed.

I don't think anyone can call JOBs work rate

The bloke can't run for more than 15 minutes without being knackered and definitely can't finish a game.

I'd be willing to bet Austin has a good engine on him.

Ya think he will end up being a right Maestro?

Yup sadly. Effort and commitment is there in spades. Nobody put more in, but stamina and speed aren't there. I fear his legs have gone IMO.
