dullard, the point is, if the police cant turn up and provide evidence is that not enough evidence to suggest the pf should never had taken the case to court in the first place.

cant imagine the judge would be too happy.

and dosent the pf have to pay court fees aswell as the defence.

always thought if you won a court case you got your fees paid for you, technically you won the case so the police should pay.

The technical term for it is struck out.

That means no one lost, no one wins.

The Sheriff Court is a sausage factory.

It probably happens all the time and your right I wouldnt think the Judges are too happy about it.

I think our legal system is closer to the yanks that most people realise, the more cash you spend the more justice you get going in your favour.

I dont think its right that I had to go to court three times and spend 360 squid when I hadn,t done anything but I suppose its just one of those things.

    Hide they phuckin guitars.

That would be a loss to rock and roll if they got confiscated.

I very much doubt the Police confiscate guitars when someone complains about procedures. I don't think my guitars will be a loss or gain to rock'n'roll whether I have them or not, considering I'm not in a band and just play in the house.

Apart from that, you've got me over a barrel.
