Complete and utter balls. Let's try and stay in the Football League and save the trouble.

Crawford has gone on loan to AFC Flyde. When Hawkridge left, we signed someone same day I believe so maybe the case here?

It was clearly a long time ago, because the coverage on Central News was very good:

That game was my return to Meadow Lane after a break of about 14 years, missing out on the glory years.
A mate convinced me to go and if I remember it was Ossie Ardilles last game in charge for Spurs. Their side included Klinsman and a young Sol Campbell.
Agana scored twice I think and that started me on the road to watch Notts again.

Hmm interesting. Having played a few games for Chester last season, he really needs first-team football to continue his development. So I guess this is a good move. If it gives him extra experience for next season, then that's all the better.

Top class players, top class manager. Lovely memories of standing on the old kop in the peeing rain with a soggy pie and Bovril. This will always be my spiritual home, over to you Bridg4d.....

Apparently Ardley was on an AFC Wimbledon game mid week. He's after a target man, wonder if he was looking at James Hanson?
