Just because you clearly are unable to decipher the difference, don’t brand everyone else with the brush.

The only person who has taken a sensible thread on a complicated subject and turned it into a left wing right wing pop at other posters is you. No one was wetting their knickers. And no one has said they don’t have a right to protest.

I think Cummings should have gone.

I believe people have every right to protest.

However, I believe people have responsibility at this time not to protest at mass meetings where rules / regulations / advice will be broken.

Huh? I didn’t mention left/right. I didn’t have a ‘pop’ at other posters. Nor did I claim that someone said they didn’t have a right to protest. And as for your advice about my anatomy, it’s fully out thanks, certainly to the extend that I don’t attribute things to other posters that they didn’t f00king say.

It’s perfectly reasonable to say it might not be a good idea to hold protests in the current environment. My post was about those (not necessarily on here) who stoutly defended Cummings a couple of weeks ago, but are having a go at people protesting this weekend. That’s not reasonable.

Yep with good reason. But that argument wasn't upheld by countless cabinet ministers who defended someone with symptoms driving 250 miles then visiting a small local hospital. Both examples are clearly nuts given the circumstances but those guided by the science deem it acceptable so people will tend to follow. Personally I wouldn't do either but you are told to follow your own instincts.
