    Exactly

To me though it does look as though we have made an attempt to tighten the defence, and as far as I could see via the awful iFollow we seem to be playing a back 4 higher up the pitch.

But we’ve still got a defence coached by two ex forwards.

I think the defence is generally tighter but we still cant seem to cope when oppositions up the pressure. We are a bit one paced. We are often at our weakest when we score. How many times did we draw or lose from winning positions last time? I was hoping Warney had learned from this

Of the back four yesterday, three have previous cship experience.
I'd like to think we,re better at the back. Mattock is the same and seems to play better in this league

Ihiekwe has also played there for one season

If we play 4-5-1 then defence starts with the 1 and works back

Good defence is coached as a full team effort not just for the keeper and back 4, plus it’s something for specialist coaching not a bit of a bolt on effort

Yes we are better but still gifting goals, we need to make the opposition work hard to get their reward.

Yes we do Grist. That Brum player who was eventually fouled was put through in acres of space before we tried to close him down.
Ball over the top caught us napping again

No good shouting it then Grist if you was watching on iFollow, it had probably already happened and the penalty had been taken
