I said that I'd wait until the end of the game before making a comment and no, my thoughts are no different. I’ve said before that the problem stems from the top; if you have a complete knob at the head of an organisation, any organisation, then the malaise will filter all the way down to the most menial of employees. I would bet that the tea is served cold.
