    Meaning there may be legal complications, so that any statement is as minimal as possible. I've seen such things before in my union job when there has been something like gross misconduct, for example.

    That's a point isn't it. If there isn't, what sort of atmosphere will there be for that?

    It's a mess. It is all maybe, perhaps, if ....

    Even more so now, we have to get behind IB. I didn't want Ardley to go but am prepared to leave that in the past (defending Ardley's record etc does not mean I am anti Burchnall, I like him and desperately want him to succeed).

    Personally nothing riding on it no point going its an asterisk season anyway

    Not really, I wouldn’t want to speculate on any specifics because that really would just be guess work. It just isn’t how you’d word it if you’d simply decided his work as an assistant manager hasn’t been up to scratch.
