    I get bored very easily.
It's disgusting the way black people and other minorities were treated in the past and still are in some countries today.
But don't forget it is Albion who gave the incentive to so many black people who are in the game today, something they openly admit.
I would be more impressed if the protesters did it in real racist countries like Russia the Ukraine, Poland, the USA and a lot of middle eastern countries, rather than the most tolerant country on earth that fought to give them the right to protest.
It may be the most tolerant country on Earth, it certainly is compared to the other ones you mentioned, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist here. It does, a lot, and I think some of these people who boo it are probably using it as a smokescreen for their bile. Equally there are people such as yourself who don't, but for some of these clowns to label it as a Marxist threat is embarrassing really. I'm quite glad I haven't seen anyone say that on here.

So did the Spanish in the Champions League. Wait until a white British player stands and for sure they will get some abuse!

You have already answered the question - so if any white players in this country don’t take the knee - you will surely back them! You can’t have nothing said about a black player/EU player then a white player here gets abuse from the snowflake quarter!

Maybe before Southgate opens his big trap about unity he should say - taking the knee is for each individual player to decide. This way players are not pressured to do what some feel right as opposed to individual choice of mind!

Rio Ferdinand has piped up with a particularly ill judged comment, stating that those who boo ‘the knee’ are an ignorant minority and need educating. Well, my message to Rio would be that it is he that needs educating, how can he be so thick that he can’t understand why so many people are opposed to this token gesture. I would bet that there are far more people that are opposed to this tokenism than are in favour; I suspect that most people feel that BLM is inherently racist, what would be wrong with the ‘All Lives Matter’ slogan? Rio Ferdinand would be well advised to engage his brain before opening his mouth.

How stupid and pathetic England will look on Sunday when the players grovel and subjugate themselves for a cause they know jack sh1t about while the Croatian players all stand there sniggering at their stupidity. Clear off Souhgate, you are the most boring man to ever wear a waistcoat. It aint gonna end well. Just see how rubbish the England rugby union side ended up after their bowing and scraping.

Nobody is saying All Lives Don't Matter, one section of society is saying "ours don't seem to mean as much", that's all

Come on now, I know you like using the term snowflake but is it not a bit snowflakey to moan about something that hasn't even happened yet?

....and suggesting that there are no racists amongst their ‘community’? I’m sick of all this ****, people should just get on with their lives, stop moaning about hard done by they are and treat others as they themselves wish to be treated. That’s ok for most but maybe some want special treatment?

So basically you have an issue with people who don't feel they're on a level playing field, fighting to be treated the same? That's the crux of it? What adverse effects has this cause had on you? If there are none, what are you moaning about? Basically, anyone who feels marginalised should just get on with it? Who the bloody hell are you to say that if you're not experiencing the same issues? Change only comes when people demand it, they've got every right to express themselves. I'd love to know how this has affected you personally. It's astoundingly arrogant to tell them to just get on with it because YOU'RE sick of it. Of course there are racist black people, there are racists in every section of society, does that mean that every BLM activist is? Of course not, I've already highlighted that in a previous post. Where is your evidence for it? Would you have said the civil rights movement wanted special treatment? The peasants revolt wanted special treatment? Gandhi wanted special treatment? It's nothing to do with special treatment, it's everything to do with equality. If you can't empathise with that, the problem isn't with them, it's within you. If you harbour suspicion, jealousy, fear or don't understand the world has changed, the problem isn't with them, it's within you. You can't pontificate on who can and can't protest, their lived experiences are completely different to yours. People close to me have had horrendous experiences of this, with the police, the judicial system, in schools, on the street, but you want them to just shut up and get on with it? Nope, it doesn't work like that. Especially when it's not having an adverse affect on you.

Totally agree Phil!!! Then you get creeps like Grealish coming out with - ‘ I have matured under Gareth’. Yeah right!!! So you see when Southgate talks about unity and togetherness - there’s no way will individuals like Grealish make an individual decision about taking the knee!

It’s the pressure in that if a white player does not take the knee he most likely won’t be selected again!

I hope the boos ring out from the roof tops regarding this bollox which makes football like panto!
