And there is absolutely nothing wrong with sitting on the fence and watching from the sidelines. It's the sensible, popular choice after all, see what happens and then react accordingly. But seriously where's the fun in that?

This is NCFC after all the safest bet is always to predict failure and never join a bandwagon. It's the same for countless clubs throughout the divisions.

You misunderstand. If I have a strong opinion, I'll express it as I always have done. I must have been one of the very first posters to openly state that I wanted Ardley gone, even though it was an unpopular viewpoint at the time. It wasn't quite so unpopular when it happened, and there have been no regrets from anyone since. I didn't put myself in the driver seat of any bandwagon however, I leave that to the attention seekers and drama queens. This season I've only seen a couple of friendlies, the Wrexham game on telly, and Aldershot at home. I've seen some good points and some bad points but feel it's far too early to make a definitive judgement, but if I see something convincing either way I won't hesitate to say it on here.

Suffice to say it will be said without any mention of bandwagons and any use of hashtags.

I'm enjoying the journey so far, but for all our attacking power I think we concede soft goals far too easily, and we have a lightweight midfield. On that basis, my glass is both half full and half empty. I would love nothing more than to be eating a big plateful of humble pie at the end of the season, but I'm just saying it as I see it.
You're right o have your reservations about conceding soft goals and lacking some bite in midfield but maybe we have to sacrifice these to get the exciting, flair players into the team?

Conceding soft goals isn't an issue if you keep out scoring the opposition regularly

Agree with that, I hate 'respecting the point' and I'd much rather watch a 4-3 win than a 1-0 win.

Absolutely, but not everybody agrees - being entertained by a 4-3, 3-2 is 'bad for your health' apparently. Some even sound serious about it! To those who say it jokingly, please don't Don't give any encouragement the boring instincts that sit on every bench in the country. Let's embrace the IB way and leave the guy who complains when we win but concede 2 to moan on his own

We know you've always been ultra sensitive to hashtags.

Attention seekers and drama queens on NCM? Never! Well ok mainly on match days#rollercoaster

Like I've said many many times before it's easy to have doubts and not be convinced by a Notts manager. It's the safe bet history tells us that. Just state he's not good enough, should be sacked, he won't be successful etc and the vast majority of the time you will be right and will get your wish. True story.

It's good to read that you think it's far too early to judge but I'm judging IB not just on this season to date but on how he performed and transformed last season. I'm being brave and pushing all the chips in the middle even if the odds are against me. I'm clearly not alone in not wanting to stand on the sidelines as IB seems brave which is great to see.

Let's be honest AC is more than just one person ('the guy') NCM has been the home for the negative and miserable for a long time before Kelton arrived. It's reflective of Meadow Lane in a match day for a certain demographic.
