    I have changed my mind.
I used to dislike SNP supporters but now I hate them thanks to be shafted by a very irresponsible prominent SNP supporter on Islay.

This isn't a playground Islay, comments like that only show you up as a person ill prepared to have their opinion criticised. Why not at least look at other possible options?

Just seen this.. wouldn't have a pop at you I think you have reasonably sensible views on this without fully agreeing with me.

But as I've said I've had enough of the covid stuff now....it won't go back to what it was now but people won't recognise that until it really bites......Ill admit my side has won the argument but lost the war.

End on a wee story 're Dingwall.

Our bus stopped at a pub in aviemore.

Went in barman said (exact words) "put on your mask".......me......"I don't own a mask sand I'm exempt"..... him...."where's your lanyard then"......me " I don't and won't where a landyard".....him....mutter mutter mutter...me "sorry are you talking to me"......him....."I'm just trying to keep the (I thought he said country but may have been) community safe"

I said "I'm protecting my freedom and if you deny me service I'll sue"

He backed down.....didn't think he would.

Up to everybody who believes in freedom and liberty to do what's right for them now.

    Thanks for listening.🙂

Hitchen had a great article in the Mail on Sunday today. Backed up with rational arguments everything that you have been worried about. But I liked best was that the trade unions would back woke thinking instead of supporting a union member in a woke based dispute. I hadn't thought that the hard left had exactly the same problems as any sensible non political person, like yourself, is experiencing.

It is why the man is utterly brilliant.

His books if you haven't read them (on drugs policy, the revolution that's taken place in this country and the monarchy) are all really good.

I think him coming from a marxist background and living in countries that weren't free has given him a unique insight into what's happened over the last 40 years in the country and the last 2 since the madness started.

I'd love to meet the guy.

Some of his interviews on the various social media platforms are just so persuasive.

I'll have to take my flag to a game one day, just to amuse myself.

I'd start with "the abolition of britain" if you wanted a reccomendation (which you probably dont) or "the rage against God" .....especially if you are not relgious.

    Both excellent

You can follow that up with "basic maths" by Dianne Abott......best comedy book ever.

That is one of my bugbears as well...people in shops, bars, trains etc thinking they have the right to pull you up if you are not wearing a mask.

I do not mind if they politely ask and accept the i am exempt answer..its the ones that then continue to harass and look for an explanation that really gets my goat.

Thought his comments about ideas should be discussed father than demonising the person who is producing the ideas was interesting.

He first mentioned his "show trial" about a decade ago......I don't think he's joking now but he has said that death will probably save him from that fate.

Not sure if that's a hint that he's in bad health but being a very private person despite his occupation I doubt he would hint at that.

His 20 minutes with Mike Graham every tuesday (I think, i dont listen live) is still the most informative listen since the madness began.

Total outlier at the beginning with Lord Sumption but persisted in exposing the mis information that was being published.

I think he's thoroughly ashamed of MSM and some other conservative commentators and our institutions.

He says he isn't a brave man.....one thing I'd beg to differ with him on.
