Someone, please blow the final whistle in these embarrassing t urds.
Yet Nathan Jones couldn’t get a tune out of Stoke when he was there.

The problem is that we are perceived as a fairly big club and as such you need to attract the right characters who can deal with the pressure.

Easy to play for a club like Luton or Barnsley.

We tried the Buckley/Grimsby experiment and look how that turned out.

We got it right for a period under Megson, Mowbray and Clarke and Hodgson.

Proper pro’s like Reid, Scharner, Brunt and Morrison in the late 2000’s......THIS is the template.

Good human beings, good pros, people with pride and ethics.

I’ve heard from a staff member within the club that our lot are a bunch of Jack The Lad a r s e holes who swan around like they own the place.

The ref continues to show his Forest bias and incompetence.

I can easily believe that. Delivernore wandering around with his chest out giving it the I'm an England player and Johnstone in shock thinking I am too.

My mate told me TGH has already bought a new merc with TGH number plate.

Way too much, too young, he'd still be cleaning the senior pros boots in the olden days.

The only thing I agreed with that Dowling did was change the entrance for youth and first team players.

I read somewhere that Kante, having won everything from the league Cup to the world cup, still drives a mini.

There is nobody to go on the pitch like God Megson who went on the pitch to ask "Albion fan" Lee Hughes what he was laughing and joking about with the opposition players who had just beaten us.

Incompetent refereeing that went against us too often and a wonder strike that wasn't intended as such- but none of this can cloud just how shockingly sh ite the vast majority of our players are and how inept Bruce is increasingly appearing to be.

    Just got in from Forest.

Still fuming mad, I can’t think of a more abject performance in recent years. Alex Mowatt you’re a coward who hides on a football pitch. So many times I’ve seen gaping holes where a bold player would drop into and ask for the ball, he just sits by an opposing player and watches. Do us a favour pal, take our shirt off and ask for a transfer request please.

I sat in the bar at Notts County’s ground having a pint and the team news broke, talk about not having a clue, Bruce what were you thinking?! You go to Forest with THAT starting line up? FFS! Your washed up Brucy like most of the team.

If any of you Albion players are reading this, when I coached a kids team I wanted to take them to watch my non league team Dudley Town as part of their development, I hoped they could hear how the players talked on the field, learn about honest endeavour and that hard graft and a bit of peeling paint watched by a handful of people is reality. Now I think it’s YOU LOT who need to go and watch Dudley, players who work their nuts off for their gaffer, train twice a week and don’t really get paid a great deal, plus go to work in between.

Even my Forest mate tonight messaged me to say “some of those Albion players ain’t trying” and our “midfield is terrible”.

I really don’t know where we go from here, people suggest this and that but if the circus going on at Blues is a glimpse into our future then I fear the worst.

I went to the game as we live near Nottingham and we took my son's girlfriend for the first time. She's only ever seen Man City play!! She asked hilariously naïve questions like, why don't they run forwards, why do they always pass sideways, etc.
She wasn't taking the piss just confused.
Bartley was pure ****e, like he was a couple of seasons ago when we all wanted him gone.
I've been saying give Bruce a chance to shape his own team in the Summer but I'm now doubting myself.
A very depressing evening. Roll on next season when we will be joint top of the league until the first match at least.
