So today we learn if Michael Smith stays or leaves.

We might also see if Micheal Ihiekwe is off to Derby. Think he’ll hang on another week or so to see what’s on offer from other clubs. Suppose he’d like move to Wigan to be nearer Liverpool as suggested on here.

June 10th is pivotal for us and who comes in for any of our younger players, Chio, Wiles, Rathbone, Barlaser, they could all have decent bids put in on them. Now that’s a worry in itself 😔

Wherever Smiffy ends up he’s been one hell of a Fantastic loyal player to us. Last season when his mate Crooks went to pastures new at Boro and no one came in for him, his head never dropped and he carried on like a true professional should. Thanks for all the great memories Michael and whatever you decide, good luck with everything for you and your family!
