our left side is open again, they get behind Bramall time after time, that was 45 mins sat waiting for them to score, we have no real outlet. The best chance we had was when washington broke clear and it was 3 v2 and the idiot hesitated (no confidence to play the pass) and ran into their players, we will not get many chances in a game to create a shooting opportunity and we cannot afford to waste them. For me Washington loses possession too many times when he is in their half, get it under control and find a simple pass to a yellow shirt, this is basic football. I agree about Wiles, one of my favourite players but every first touch the ball goes 2m away from him, you cannot do that, it is a turnover of possession 70% of the time when he gets the ball. We are not playing as well as Tuesday and it looks like a matter of time before they score and then because we have no real attacking options you can see them getting another.

Happy, but surprised, to be in the game. Not sure about the "excellent defending", more a case of lack of confidence from them.

But harsh there giddy. I think they have kept their collective shape in defence very well making it harder to pass through us
