Huge club, big stadium, full houses, very handsome pay rise, good chance of playing regularly, good chance of promotion to Championship next season, doesn't have to up sticks and move to another part of the country, in fact doesn't have to move house.
Although the city centre is pretty drab , and a complete dump compared to the beautiful and historic Oxford , Derbyshire is lovely.
P.S. I know you won't but please stay Ruben , I've had your back since day one or close to that.
