Just not good enough. Not by a long way.

I’m really struggling to see what style & tactics Robson is trying to play. Its all over the shop.

I’ll give him credit for dumping the back 3 (which absolutely wasn’t working) at half time and switching to a 4, but after a brief flurry we just ran out of ideas.

Clusterfück defending is back with a bang I see. Both those goals were an absolute shambles & the amount of free headers opponents are getting from set plays is ridiculous.

If Pollock is not getting a game at Watford come Xmas we need to move heaven & earth to get him back. Was the absolute heartbeat of the defence second half of last season.

If Williams and the new lad aren’t significantly better than Rubizic then they should retire immediately. I’ve seen enough. He’s dreadful. Can’t pass water and runs like he’s towing a caravan. You need pace to play in a back 3, he has none. Don’t know what the recruitment team were thinking. File under dud.

Duk was better. The effort was there & he had the right back on toast second half. Needs a goal.

Midfield is all over the shop. As others have said, we’re missing the Ramadani type in there. Criminal we didn’t replace that position. It’s biting us on the arse big time.

Robson’s post match interview was also a concern. If he actually believes any of that he (and we) are in big trouble.

The tired excuse was rolled out. Absolute böllocks. Hibs had the same schedule this week - worse as they were away.

If that’s the excuse, then its better not finishing third and completely derailing the following season. It never bothered God & his team - as he not very subtly pointed out post match.

Then the new players excuse quickly followed. Most teams in the league have a raft of new players. I’m not having it.

Diets away next, so write that one off as we never turn up there. This is now an extremely disappointing start to the season. Not good enough & unless it changes very quickly questions rightly need to be asked...

Chance would be a fine thing. I’d really like to know if he actually believes any of the stuff he came out with post match…

Likely not but he has to say something. He can’t be relaxed this evening with his feet up, Sunday roast, glass of wine, like I am, surely!?

I honestly don't think the players are not trying for him. Just low on confidence and not helped with yet another high turnover of players this summer.

If you think they aren't, then fair enough, your opinion is as valid as any other.
Robson has to be partly blamed for today as he’s picked the team and made the substitutes etc but to try and say the players aren’t at fault in any way is ridiculous.

Angus MacDonald stopped running because he thought the ball was going out for a goal kick and the Hibs player didn’t stop running and kept it in which resulted in the first goal.

That’s criminal and that’s nothing to do with Barry Robson and his tactics it’s down to a player having a bad attitude.

When Robson took over he was going on about players having to run and fight for one another and then the confidence was be built from that .

They were doing that for him last season but they clearly aren’t this season.

Indeed - lacklustre in the extreme - then after Macdonald couldn’t be arsed to cover the Hibs runner, they won three out of four headers and scored.

I wonder if someone like Willie Miller should be engaged by the Club as a coach for our defenders, even part-time!? Seriously!

Well when Willie Miller was manager he couldn’t coach John Inglis or Colin Woodthorpe to defend so he would be better off sticking to criticising people on the radio.

He gets sacked then the next manager comes in and is cannon fodder for the players that the chairman has signed.

Maybe, was that when we were second top of the league though as opposed to joint bottom!?
