Also it's great to see a genuine beam on his face, similar to Miggy's, perfectly real and natural.

Just like his wide grin in the preliminary shots before the A.C.Milan game, as though he couldn't believe he ought to be there.

Good win, clean sheet and no obvious injuries - a good afternoon at the office for us

Aye, good run out for Joelinton after his hamstring scare.

    Delighted all round!

    Clean sheet
    4 different goal scorers
    Substitutions of starting 11 quality

    We’re f**king magic!!!

Murphy got to be claiming a starting spot soon!

Another clean sheet without Botman, Lacelles is showing the qualities of a true captain!

We are class from front to back. Goals from all over the pitch. Depth in the squad to make like-for-like changes in terms of quality.

Eddie Howe and Dan Ashworth have done an excellent job so far.

A few more windows of quality additions, a few more months of experience in the legs of the young Geordies coming through, Eddie drilling his tactics and ethos into the squad and we're gonna be a solid contender for the title, cups & a force to be reconned with in Europe.

Great time to be a Geordie!

    Had to watch this again.

That was domination of a decent defensive side. At the risk of repeating myself and telling you what you already know, Gordon is a top top signing with so much potential to come - he has overcome his one weakness, goalscoring. Every player stepped up again and again.

Yet another clean sheet to boot. Have we ever played this well before? Top scorers and top offensive team in the division by nearly every metric. Wow.

Surely you are mistaken. We are the dark arts team, famous for time wasting?!?!?

    😆

Even Merson spent the afternoon praising us on Sly. Couldn't believe what I was hearing.
