No fan of Robinson, but that story about him on Saturday was a complete and utter lie. Fact he wasn't instantly arrested proves it.

Just read Braverman's rather lengthy letter to Sunak. No real surprises and mostly consists of 3 things-bigging herself up, accusing Sunak of failing to follow through on promises and a re-iteration of her chief concerns ( e.g. stop the boats/ law and order) that she believes are also the key concerns of the British public and her views on how to proceed on these.

Seems that those who thought her recent more outspoken comments were a deliberate ploy to get herself sacked in order to angle herself into a position where she could stand for the position of leader of the Conservative Party herself were not far from the mark. Certainly seems to be laying out here stall.

Can you imagine though, a Conservative Party with her at the top? I'm not saying that the British public are not concerned with illegal immigration or law and order but no mention of the cost of living crisis that still affects thousands, the ever growing divide in wealth and the gap between rich and poor, a crumbling health service, an education system in dire need of support, a massive shortage of affordable housing.? Her divisive ideas on how to tackle immigration or law and order aside, this woman and her right wing ilk don't focus on these other things because they don't really care. It doesn't really affect them. I do understand, however, how confusing it must be for them that so many people simply make a lifestyle choice not to live in opulence.

Braverman, like most people, cannot be wrong in everything she says but to me she thoroughly deserves her Cruella monikor. Apparently, she comes across as quite a nice and warm woman in person. Scant evidence of this in any of her rhetoric or political views though.

When I look at her in my mind's eye I see her torturing puppies and small animals as a child; not to mention pulling the legs off spiders and the wings from flies.

I used to pull the legs off spiders and the wings from flies as a child (I'm sure a number of us did in truth) and even dripped burning plastic on slugs before letting it cool and peeling them; but I never tortured puppies or small animals.

In my mind's eye I can picture her adult self in thigh length plastic boots striking the side of her leg with a riding crop while using her other hand to take a firm grip on Rishi's gimp mask.

Now she's been sacked I can remove one mental image from my mind's eye but I can still picture the opening paragraph. Torturing puppies and small animals is seen as a precursor to a number of psychiatric disorders.

I'm not going to suggest Suella has an as yet undiagnosed or perhaps suppressed psychiatric disorder but the she definitely strikes me as a megalomaniac; there goes the sound of a riding crop again.

My mind's eye is disturbingly graphic and Rishi is squealing loudly with a boner. Yuk 🤢. I just thought I'd share the imagery to divide the suffering, cheers for helping everyone 😅.
