Was there any buses? I know that the trains weren’t running. With regard to the ref at least he didn’t even give a yellow in 100 minutes.

First of all,it's great when we win at this level, and let's be honest ,it is sometimes a bit undeserved, but who gives a f*ck !
I've heard it said that the harder you work, the more luck you get,and boy they were working hard yesterday, so maybe we deserved some luck.
Bit ironic that Cohen's first cross of the season ends up in the net,but I'm sure he meant it 😉.
We are still desperate for someone to get us up the pitch,either wingers or an attacking midfielder, Jamie Lindsay was the player who ran forward with the ball,that can't be right.
More like a proper Rotherham performance, which is the very least we need every game, we must keep Viktor, he has gained us more points than any other player in recent history.
I would say don't sell for less 10 million.
I also enjoyed watching Dan play, lovely player.
Anyway, another 3 points on Friday and we can start to dream.

Seeing it on the highlights (it's funny how contentious issues that go against our opposition usually make it into the highlights but ones against us never do?) I'd say the initial contact was outside the box so even if it was a foul it wasn't a penalty.

There was a pen shout on the other side when rathbone did the same thing. Middlesbrough player hit the deck though it was more a pen than the one in the highlights as rathbone looked before shoulder barging

Resolute performance, yesterday, yes it was a rearguard effort but that is where we are at this moment.
The effort and passion were back and lets face it that's what most Millers want to see.
No words can describe Victor, his form is truely magnificent, if he does go in the window, it has to be for at least 10 Million.
Haks magnificent again and Morrison is getting nearer his best with every game.
Dexter, Revan and Basil all improved no end.
Lindsay solid and Tehie again impressed.
I thought Nombe looked a bit out of sorts today though.
Great to see Cafu back on the pitch, we need him fit and willing to progress.
6 outfield men on the bench, Ayalla back Friday to add to that and hopefully some more injured players returning.
I don't think we can survive but we can give it a good go.

Were Boro that good as suggested?

They had loads of possession and had great passing and movement but virtually all teams in the cship do that and it’s a given.
How many real clear cut chances did they actually have that were on target. Two, perhaps three.
Enough to win it but they didn’t put any of them away.

A mid table team and Carrick appears to be struggling again. He was asking many questions afterwards as to how they didn’t win it.
Indeed Michael , with all the resources and high quality substitutions you brought on it wasn’t very convincing .

Middlesbrough must think we have the hex over them because we always seem to beat them at home whether we deserve to or not 🙂.
Agree with pretty much everything that's been said about the performance and just hope we can build from it. We may be going down but at least it looks as though it will be with a fight now.
Got to comment on Dan's performance yesterday, always available, superb short and long passing. Oh how I wish we'd got him, or someone like him in our midfield.

I don’t want to come across all Scrooge-like, but I wonder if I was at a different game. The first half was absolutely shocking, Bramall had either been told not to get forward or didn’t have the confidence to. We carried no attacking threat whatsoever. Discount the fluke goal, and we had no shots on target and no corners. At home. Yes, a fine rear-guard effort (I would prioritise a new deal for Haks above all else in the New Year) but I would suggest the number of empty seats is a reflection of the entertainment on offer at the moment.

I don't think anyone can disagree with your bah humbug analysis but you've got to admit it was nice to win for a change regardless of how flukey it was.
