As for the new arrivals, I'm not sure they're any better than the departures. Same with the manager.

It was always likely that LW would leave for the usual reasons that highly rated personnel leave.

They haven't this time. He's played plenty of games in league 1 & 2, is proven, at an age where he can still improve as well, great piece of business

This seems like a good signing on the face of it. A player who has had a good education having been in Tottenham Hotspurs academy. He's a bit like JJ in that he has had to go through adversity and come back albeit different circumstances after a car crash but still having to rebuild his career. Ironic that his 100th appearance for Crawley was in a 3-1 defeat to us.

At 25 he is still young enough to improve over the next couple of years and having over 100 appearances under his belt in League Two already and being part of a promotion winning team last season then it's promising.
