Surely there is nothing to prevent your supporters club charging a higher price for non members to travel on your supporters bus if you have spare seats.
It appears to happen at other Dundee FC supporters clubs as I have seen people posting on Facebook asking if any supporters clubs who have a bus going to an Away game have any spare seats on their bus. These people are likely to be willing to pay a higher price than a member for a seat on a supporters bus.
I am surprised that the DSA do not organise all the supporters buses for Away games for Dundee based supporters clubs which all depart from Dens Park before the game and return back to Dens Park after the end of the game.

Our bus’s are filled with members.

Our memberships and bus sweepies go towards sponsoring youth and first team players as well as buying Dee Lotteries.

Surely we can’t be begrudged priority tickets.

Not if you run a bus regularly but Bertie, bob and Belinda who never have a bus and wouldn't know how to run a bus and only want to go to player of the year doos certainly can be.

Dee4life have sponsored two player shirt sponsorships for several years, entered the Youth Promotion draw every year and last season they purchased two pitch side advertising boards yet their members who are Season Ticket Holders never receive priority to purchase tickets for Away games.

Then perhaps they should use their shareholding and board representation to leverage a better position.

For the record I dont think dee4life as an organisation run busses to away games so why would any of the reasonable arguments for people who run busses to get tickets count here?

I am not a season ticket holder, not a member of dee4life any more, not a member of a DSA club and in my entire life have not missed a Dundee game I wanted to go to because I couldn't get a ticket.

One of the reasons I stopped sponsoring players. Why should all a club's members (say 100 people) get priority treatment for that club sponsoring two or three players whilst an individual sponsor, spending the same money for a player sponsorship but costing more on an individual and personal level, doesn't?

If tickets to away games are limited clubs only put regular attendees in the ballot.

Bring a member doesn’t guarantee a ticket.

We do, extra £5 for non members, but you don’t want to price folk out of going, ticket prices are dear enough

We have over 125 members, buses are normally full with members
