Yep, another stat worthy of attention is that we have achieved only 3 clean sheets in 17 league games. That's a poor return and points the finger directly at our defence. The fact we have a goal difference of +10, in spite of conceding so easily, almost exonerates our forward players.

As Moog say's, the plaudits were deserved throughout our incredible start tae the season, therefore criticism is equally appropriate.

They say the league table disna lie, and our predicament is highlighted by the table of all teams last six results - as currently stands ....

    Look away now .....

    VicTims .............. 16
    Huns .................. 16
    St Midden ........... 12
    Spoonburners....... 10
    Pikeys ................. 9
    Rat Munchers ....... 7
    Farts ................... 7
    Dundee ............... 7
    Killie ................... 6
    Fairmers .............. 4
    Aberdeen ............ 3
    Race Co .............. 3
I actually heard that being mentioned on the local radio earlier when I was driving home and I thought that was a bizarre thing to highlight.

Aberdeen having the lowest amount of points in the last 6 games is a predicament that has happened far too often in the last 30 years unfortunately.

The way they were talking about it on the radio was is if it was Barcelona or Real Madrid levels of disaster having the worst league form in the last 6 games.

I think the start we had to the season has made a lot of us a bit deluded (myself included) but really after the last 5 years we have had a manager needs to be given time to build something.Thelin made a better start than I expected but he?s going to need a few transfer windows to build the team he needs.

Im hoping they know who those guys are & the wheels are in motion ready for January already.
I assume he won't be, but a bad time of year to get players in the door and Jimmy always speaks about it needing to be the right players.

If we do need bodies, it wouldn't surprise me to see him back. His time in Denmark hasn't exactly been sucessful to date.

Just caught the highlights of our game yesterday. The goals conceded look even worse watching on the TV than they did at the game.

If Ruby is one of our 'project' players, then I hope we have a plan b in that regard.
That first goal we conceded really was a shocker.

The Keskinen goal was a peach and what a difference it would have made if that second shot crossed the line. I was jumping about like a feel at the time thinking we had scored our second.☹️
He had a good game yesterday and is exciting to watch when he runs at defences.
