As much as I?d absolutely love him back on loan, I can?t see anything other than an upper league 1 side taking him.

We certainly don't want to put AJ on the bench and currently him and Didzy are mixing it very well.
Not played often enough but through passes to Jatta like the two v Walsall can be deadly to opposition defenders.
Jatts has the pace and strength to leave them trailing and he can finish too.

What is the significance of this?
    And why the smiley face?

    A genuine question.
If ML came back on loan where would you play him and who would he replace? He wouldn't be a bench warmer and AJ doesn't deserve anything but first on the team sheet (17 in 29 and works his legs off so well). Is DM ready to be a sub or be subbed to get ML on? (technically and creatively ML isn't in the same league as DM just younger legs). Surely we don't need a like-for-like loan (based on emotional ties).

I'd want AJ to be our first-choice striker for as long as he's at the club, assuming he keeps up the same levels of performance. He's the best all-round striker we've had in many years. So even if Macca came back, he'd be second choice if it were up to me. What a second choice though!

Like I said earlier, can't see Macca returning just yet.

No significance at all, I'm being sarcastic, no idea why we need to know and it's not a smiley face so try playing the ball, not the man.

Jatta has been incredible. Pace, height, physicality, fantastic work rate and goals. Lots of goals

If he maintains his form he's going to attract a lot of interest from clubs further up the pyramid
Players like him are as rare as hen's teeth

100%. He's got everything you'd want from a modern striker and could clearly play at a higher level. I think we'll hold out until the summer and then sell for a decent amount then - unless we go up.
