He had squad number 31 when he was there in 2021 according to:

Quite feasible to join Carlisle given the Gateshead/Mike Williamson connection.
Speaking of Gateshead , striker Owen Oseni rumoured to be joining St. Mirren in January.
If Cedwyn ain't going to Carlisle he may end up back at Gateshead?
Heard this could well be true about Ceds moving to the Cumbrians, so don't disregard just yet.
He needs regular starts & getting 90 mins under his belt. Hopefully the goals will then flow
He won't be back here, he's been a bit of a prickly.
I was hoping we'd see Ceds kick on this season and score some goals. Unfortunately I can't see him playing for Notts again this season and out of contract in June.
I'm wondering if we will see Scott in a Notts shirt again? A loan somewhere until the end of the season maybe for the best to see if he can get some minutes before his contract runs out, and it could ultimately be a case of try before you buy for a club? A shame really as Scotts penalty kick got us back to where we belong and he was a key player in the promotion season. But in one and half seasons back in the EFL it's just not happening for Scott at Notts for one reason and another and he's had no luck or a sustained period in the team since we've been in the EFL.

I?m never one to come to unfounded conclusions but I?m pretty sure somethings gone off, not to have the only other out and out striker on the bench suggests to me somethings not right.
It?s a bit like the Cameron, the guy who lifted the trophy for us is getting some awful abuse on social media. I didn?t rate him at all last season but it?s a shame when it comes to this.
Wasn't he given time off for mental health reasons?
Saying he won't play again is a bit poor taste when you have no idea what he's going through.
