So sorry to hear that. I was enforced to stop working on health reasons and as a workaholic it more or less finished me off.
As still capable and losing your job especially after putting in so many years that's more then hurtful.
Don't know what job you were in but this year so far in Australia 29 thousand business have closed, it's the way the stupid world is going.
