What is the point of expecting any defensive play from JJ? He's always been scared to tackle ffs

we need an injection of enthusiasm - Whittaker & Jarvis on for Grant & Gordon with JJ inverted?

Stallard: Notts lackadaisical, Harrogate look like they want it more, we're being outworked.

Sounds like Salford all over again. How can a team with a play-off place and a possible automatic promotion place still on offer look less hungry than a team with nothing to play for?

One of my big issues with the way and the pace we play is that it looks so passionless and clinical. We talk about controlling games, but a lot of the time we just look too passive. How about injecting a bit of pace, power and aggression?

We just seem to want to overcomplicate everything and between their press and the pitch, that's not how to win this. We need to press harder and smarter, and pepper their box

We’ve been totally out worked. There’s doesn’t seem to be any desire.
I’d imagine Maynard will be “keep it up lads”

Someone like Warnock would approach it differently I’d expect…

That was just dreadful. A shambles of a performance, comical at times. SM needs to make changes at half time or we could have just blown the play offs.

The sooner both Connor Grant and SM are gone the better. Horrendous display from a team with supposed promotion aspirations, again.

Fortunate not to be 3-1 down. Had it not been for Gordon and McDonald preventing two certain goals we would be out of this game now.
