He'll probably put Maja in goal, Johnston at centre half and Meopham at centre forward!

Was unable to watch/ listen to the game as I was working. Unfortunately, I work in Norwich so had to put up with rather a lot of p i ss taking which got worse as the game continued. Someone who came in later said they'd watched it and that Norwich played quite well but we were shocking and just collapsed after their third goal. I'd checked the starting line up before kick off and just knew it wouldn't work-how many players out of position ffs!
Btw, I don't think this is Morrison Al and I'm sure he would have tried to have his say but Ramsay is in charge and I'm sure still insisting on playing the formation he wants. Even after the evidence shown against Boro, he still stated, for example, that he didn't want to "label" Mikey as a winger. In time, he may indeed be able to become a decent wing back as well as winger but we haven't got time and we need to play to our strengths (such as they are !). Tbh, I'd have preferred Mozza took charge if this goes on much longer, at least he seems to recognise which positions players are best suited for and might be more willing to start playing our youngsters. The bottom line is that we haven't time to f uck about trying to get this lot to play in a totally alien fashion however much "clarity" Ramsay gives them.
Similarly to Leics. I would stick to Griffiths, Campbell, Bielik, Phillips and Styles at the back, Diakite (if he is back and Mowatt still unavailable) and Molumby in midfield, Mikey and Ollie Bostock on the wings with Heggabo at 9 and Grant at 10. If both Diakite and Mowatt still unavailable why not try Whitwell?
Improvements needed across the pitch but If we do manage some funds this transfer window, the priority surely has to be midfield.
I honestly don't know how much influence on team selection or tactics Nestor has but his recruitment history hasn't been too clever so far has it?😞
As a thought, I never really believed that Mason "lost the dressing room" despite the appalling run of results and sometimes bizarre team selections and felt that the players quite frequently pulled together and showed some fight and wanted to play for him. That doesn't mean that I think the club were wrong to dismiss him because I honestly couldn't see him being able to turn things around but from the reports I've read of tonight's game, the players themselves looked lost and didn't show any desire?
If they don't buy into Ramsay's tactics/ formation that doesn't bode well and, to be honest, I guess quite a few of us are more than a little stumped by some of his decisions so far but the one thing that fans should rightly expect at the very least, regardless of their feelings on this, is desire and commitment. Ramsay's decisions on selection, formation and tactics are certainly the big factors in any result but as for the desire shown in individual performances, that's on the players themselves.
