He stepped into our club when in disarray, a bunch of players leaving us. It takes time to build, quick fixes only work for a short time. I personally think he has been slow and tinkered for want of a better word but has what I believe now a strong foundation for us to build on. Hopefully get the backing and players in for our weaker positions and I don’t see why we cannot be a stable premier league team in the years ahead. Not everyone’s cup of tea, fair enough we all our opinions. Mine is he has done a great job here…we are the greatest fans but not the easiest to win over/please!!!

    Nothing said about Europe

Black cats are fading. We are not

Don?t think they get another point. We get 5 but 50 is possible.

Brighton choked. ER will be fired up. Wish it was night game but still think we?ll bevready

We all get caught up in the euphoria ain’t nothing wrong in that! It was a fixture yesterday we all thought should be a breeze…but that
feeling deep down we get! So a great three points in more ways than one. No reason why we cannot give the last three games a good go, our opposition will be looking at us for these games.

If we flip the coin a couple losses and these pages are full of negative comments and we are finished etc.

All part of being a football fanatic!

Think we may need another win yet, somehow spurs are 2 up at villa, mind you, villa seem to have their semi final against forest on their minds, love to have seen spurs go down, damn it.

It seems very easy from going to wanting to qualify for Europe, to wanting other teams to get beat.

Need Arsenal to beat West Ham and we are safe before we even play Spurs.

How poor were Villa tonight though.

Threw the game so they could beat forest on Thursday, hope villa lose that one as well, shocking move by emery to rest 7 players, bordering on corrupt

Nothing to do with Villa being bad but Spuds having some belief in their own ability. They were all iver Villa from word one and the likes of Gallagher and Richarlason showed what they can do. If Villa took their foot off the gas given the European game, wouldn't we expect much the same if in some fantasy world we were in the same position?

Zerbe deserves some credit for getting his players to commit and perform as they kniw they can, even if it turns out to be too late .
