Reported - Millers manager Matt Taylor has said, the club are waiting for the Home Office,
to decide on the signing of Christ Tiehi. MT said that the player is still contracted to another
club.
Until this is sorted out, the Millers can not sign the player.

Tiehi's parent club is Slovan Liberec.

Tiehi spent the first half of last season in the Czech Republic with Slavia Prague,
the second half of the season, he spent it with Wigan Athletic.
