I think its FN shocking that even a level headed Englishman(Gareth)is trying to evoke the spirit of the Blitz and the war,jesus phuck the blitz was over 80 years ago and the war ended in 1945.

It's pretty shocking isn't it. Thought he was better than that. Seems not. They just don't seem to be able to grasp the truth which is that England isn't an important country on the world stage any more.

The thing is regarding the ‘neutral’ venue and that is that it’s MEANT to be a neutral venue. It’s NOT a home qualifier for England organised by the FA. It’s a major tournament UEFA Final which simply happens to be getting played in London. It could be Rome, Munich, Paris, Lisbon, wherever. The point is that just because it’s in London shouldn’t mean that the Little Englunders get to have 90% of the tickets. Even from London alone, Italy could park 20-25,000 bums on seats and that’s before you even get to the rest of the country. Tomorrow night could and should have been 50/50 allocation, pure and simple.

Edit to add - that I’ve just watched the BBC News and they’ve just signed off by saying to tune in for The Andrew Marr Show tomorrow morning (a politics programme remember) where there will be exclusive coverage from the England training camp and an interview with the FA Chief Exec. FFS. Please, please Italy - you have the potential to make this their funniest phuck up. EVER.

Radio 5 live coverage started a 6AM with the build up to the build up programme.Talk Sports coverage started last Wednesday at the back of 10.I did try and go to Radio Scotland but it was wall to wall religious stuff so switched back to 5 Live.
There are shows i listen to on Talk Sport but they have had to be ditched for the time being.The EBC are spending your licence fee money well this morning as they have a live band playing England songs from time to time,they started at the back of 8 with World in motion and have just given a rendition of Its coming home.
