Should definitely have been a penalty. But was also definitely handball for the goal - was like the guy was playing volleyball.

Incorrect. It should never have happened as immediately before it hearts should have had a penalty for handball rather than a corner. If penalty was given the hearts guy wouldn’t have hand balled it from the corner. Totally awful refereeing all round though!
