Separate households have been banned from meeting each other indoors in Greater Manchester, east Lancashire and parts of West Yorkshire following a spike in coronavirus cases.

Is there going to be someone on each street enforcing this? No I take it it’s down to them to protect themselves which I highly doubt most of them will be putting two fingers up.

The 18-34 demographic are at it again on the beaches. Here, our county council community liaison rep (and self-styled people's poetess) Ukulele Kwandu has stated that only white supremacists would begrudge Muslims getting together for Eid. She has a point.

Wheels already coming off here for baseball who started their season just a week ago and due to positive tests a number of teams and facilities are already quarantined. I'd be surprised if it hasn't all been abandoned by the end of the weekend.

NFL are trying to start their pre-season training but some teams have already announced that if the season goes ahead (Sep-Feb) no fans will be allowed. Other teams are looking at 10-15% capacity but only for fans who sign liability waivers and wear masks. Most fans (80%) are saying they won't go under these conditions.

Not sure how the Premiership and Championship managed to get their seasons finished without any major incidents? Maybe it is out of control in the US compared to the UK?

Went passed the mosque near new York stadium and couldn't believe the amount of people who weren't social distancing. I suppose tho that they all lived together in the same house. Looked like we'll over a hundred.

There are some cultures in the UK that wouldn't give a flying fig if pubs were shut they don't use them. Yet they are the same cultures that routinely ignore social distancing and isolation rules.
