I really do fancy our chances this season if we can get Dan back in the fold.

Well it looks like Newcastle are getting another midfielder in which could push Dan back even further on him playing a part imo.

There’s also a chance of another club coming in for him if he’s not in Newcastle’s plans

    Fingers crossed and all that.

Come on Dan get yourself back here

If ever there was a player that understands Warne's methods and makes our team better it's Barlaser. We have often crowed in the past of offering over a £1,000,000 for a player who wasn't even up to Barlaser's standards.

NOW is the time to show we mean real business in staying in the Championship this time.

Tony Stewart/Paul Warne, if you read this, go and get him! Maybe wages may be a problem but if Newcastle don't want to play him, offer the lad a 3 year deal, at least that provides him with security going forward, and REGULAR football. IF, he has to be the highest earner so be it, he's worth it!

With TS's business principles, forking out large sums of money is probably not on his agenda when there is little to no prospect of having paying fans through the turnstiles in the foreseeable future. I'm guessing Barlaser will probably end up at one of the fiscally adventurous clubs like Derby, Reading, Birmingham, Sheffield Wednesday.....

Everyone likes barlaser and he wasn’t a bad player but honestly I’m not fussed since I think there’s better options out there

With low guarantees on income this season, there is no way we are paying out fees on players. Free contacts and loans only.

If you mean someone who’s more focused on creating chances yeah I completely agree
