Credit where it is due Notts have recovered from 50-6 to 212-9 at stumps. Hopefully, the bowlers who have done so well with the bat today can carry on and do what they’re supposed to with the ball tomorrow.

Another disappointing showing where enough batsmen played themselves in, but then got out too cheaply. This has got relegation season written all over it.

Another game thrown away when the odds were heavily in our favour. We reduced them to 44/5 but instead of going for the kill, we allowed batsmen with averages of 27 and 22 to compile an unbroken match-winning partnership of 127.

They also were a batsman (don’t like batter) short out injured and unable to bat so only 4 wickets needed. A terrible bowling performance.

Really don't know why they are so bad. Is the club borassic lint or summat? And why can the ground staff not get a pitch that helps Notts? Everybody seems to love coming to TB.
