Yes, he'll probably be made a Lord, and Lords can take up such a role. Lord Brexit of Fail possibly?

You're getting a bit insulty again Swale...

Regarding the favouritism, a lot of it is perception, and 'the police' (in this case The Met) appear to do a great job of ****ing off both sides of any argument - Patriots/Non-patriots, Straight/Gay, white/black, motorists/greens, maybe they need to invest a bit of cash in a decent PR firm

You can if you’re a Lord and they made him Lord Cameron this morning.

Hopefully the shambolic Coffey will be next to go.

Surely you are a bit happier now we have a safe pair of hands at the foreign office at least? He only ever made one mistake as far as I recall

I’m absolutely delighted to see the back of Braverman, AF...I think she’s a vile and hateful creature, on a par with Williamson/Patel for nastiness and Coffey/Truss/Kwarteng in terms of incompetence. Cameron may be more benign, but I’m assuming the ‘mistake’ you refer to was his complacency over Brexit and thus, imo, the root cause of most of what is wrong with Britain today.

Rumour has it that Braverman and Cameron are having an affair, much like Major - Currie. I didn't believe that back then, but maybe this time...

Mm Greensill Capital anybody? Austerity? His disastrous coalition with the Lib Dems, extremely keen on welcoming Chinese money, very welcoming to making London the money laundering capital of the world and lets not forget that Cameron set the ball rolling towards the cluster**** we have today! AS soon as it got a bit rough he ****ed off, now he joins government unelected, its a desperate attempt to win back the moderate Tory voter.

Its an illustration of my contempt for people who say "Maybe Braverman has a point"! whilst not observing the fact that a Home Secretary's job is avoid stirring up division and encouraging the more extreme elements of society to engage in violence!

    Yes. I was being ironic.

I understand that when asked why the Tories needed to rake up Cameron for a top job, a spokesman replied 'because we've nearly run out of MPs for ramAnag to hate'
